With a track record of more than 20 years of ad technology product development experience, Picard will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap execution, go-to-market approach while bolstering Yieldmo’s innovation efforts.
“The combined industry expertise and product excellence that Eric and Teddy bring to the table are unique and something we are very fortunate to be able to incorporate into our leadership capabilities,” said Yavonditte. “Eric understands the importance of creative ad experiences, something that’s a foundational component of the Yieldmo DNA. He understands the power of data and creative, and immediately recognized the robustness of the Yieldmo technology and potential.”
Previously, Picard served as Vice President of Advertising Product Management at Pandora Media and led product strategy for the DSP business at MediaMath, which acquired his startup Rare Crowds in 2014. Picard previously was Chief Product Officer at TRAFFIQ, acquired by Blackstone, and founded Bluestreak, an early rich media advertising company, which was acquired by Aegis.
“I’m very excited to be joining Yieldmo at a pivotal moment in the history of digital advertising,” said Picard. “Especially given the ongoing privacy pressures impacting the future of audience targeting, Yieldmo has a compelling set of capabilities that will significantly differentiate them. With extensive investment in powerful creative formats, an innovative data infrastructure, a healthy and growing marketplace, powerful RTB infrastructure, and healthy financials, Yieldmo definitely caught my attention. Then getting to know the team, seeing the strong culture at the company, and the creativity and technical prowess of the product and engineering organization, I was completely won over.”
